ALL claims start in Janesville WI. (See the map?)
From there, they get routed to ANY ONE of the 56 regional office nationwide to be processed.

If we could locate a Veteran claim rater/examiner who performed their job efficiently, WE WOULD.
However, we can’t…so we ALL have to work within the system we are given.
Remember though, at ANY TIME you can CALL VA at 800.827.1000 and ASK,
“What’s the status of my CD with all my records?”
What’s the status of my claims?”
“Do you have everything you need to evaluate and award me?”
When you file your taxes and don’t hear from the IRS, do you call your preparer?
