Richard Wilson Byrd
Graduate of the Eastridge Elementary Grade School. Majored in finance (paperboy) explorer (boy scout) and excelled at sports.
Obtained a Nevada Real Estate license in 1987 and became a Nevada Real Estate Broker in 1991.
Represented many of Las Vega’s premier home builders through the Vegas boom years from 1995 to 2006. Assisting builder/developers with land acquisitions, product development, marketing and pricing strategy and staffing of sales agents and support staff.
A main stay of Ricks real estate services was working with investors helping them create wealth pools and assisting buyers amass cash flow properties with significant equity and earning potential
In 1998 Rick became a Nevada State Certified Real Estate Instructor teaching Nevada Pre-licensing courses as well as continuing education. In this position Rick assisted 1000’s of Las Vegas and Nevada’s current real estate agents and brokers enter in the real estate career field.
Over the years Rick has worked on Real Estate Development projects in Nevada, Florida, Texas, Utah, Arizona and California.
Rick continues to share his knowledge with Veterans to acquire financial stability through the ownership of Real Estate.
