Time to clear up some confusion.

Until a Veteran receives the following, there is NOTHING to do except WAIT.

1. Notice of denial from VA in POSTAL MAIL.
2. Accompanying code sheet.
3. VA claims file on CD.

Being impatient is uderstandable, but we’re doing the same as you.

Once, and NOT UNTIL you have ALL THREE, is there anything that can or will be done.
Send all three items at ONE TIME to us so we can review and move to the next step.

VA has a process.

YOU sending them all your documents, your letters, your medical records, etc., does nothing except bog down the process. (Truthfully, imagine how a rater will feel if you are constantly throwing things at them. The squeaky wheel does NOT get the grease if you get our drift…)
