What you are most likely feeling right now, is that NOTHING is happening.

Like, you hear from us with frequent emails to our blog to keep you informed and educated, but VA?

“I haven’t heard from them in MONTHS.” kind of radio silence.

Sure, you’re receiving occasional denials and requests and updates about your status, but, they’re SO NEGATIVE, you feel abused. Again.

This is ok,

Normal.

Expected.

Remember, UNTIL YOU have received the CD from VA containing your records, even though you may have received a SHIT TON of denials, nothing can be done. (This is VA’s stupid plan. To create the illusion in your mind that, IT’S. OVER.)

Once we, from you, get the PDF of the CD, we can review it and compare it to WHAT and more importantly, WHY, VA denied, then craft our response to keep pushing toward the goal line.

We’ve got four downs, as it were, to keep making progress. We only LOSE, if YOU QUIT.
