PROTECT THE "HOUSE". YOUR, HOUSE.

Veterans updating their living trusts and dealing with estate planning issues is part of the process.

Proper estate planning will help prevent the VA from taking away the spousal or survivor benefits when the veteran dies

There is also a big ticking landmine that can put a lot of money into spouses’ and dependents’ pockets if a veteran dies.

Simply a claim that the VA owes them money and to ask the VA for the veteran’s care history, which they are very reluctant to give up.

What it does is make the nexus or time the veteran has had the condition a lot longer and therefore triggers a settlement check.

Lawyers generally do these but we can do them too.

Vet Prep, is a sister company to RLC.

An RLC veteran client, CindyT suffered from drinking contaminated water while stationed in the Navy on a Sub Tender.

She had 10% disability when she engaged us. RLC moved her to 90% 2 years ago.    It changed her, her mom Karen and sister Christie’s lives.

RLC also got them a disability retirement from the Post Office with a 5 years advancement as well as her SSI DI at 90% too.

So the sisters and mom went from living on about $2k month to about 100K per year, which allowed them to buy a new home and a nice piece of land.

Unfortunately, Cindy passed in August and now mom and sister have a ton of claims against the VA.

And probate to deal with.

Avoid probate like the COVID. Ask us about VetPrep.
