You need to understand something…

You are not suing a government entity for injuries sustained on “one of their facilities”.

The VA, long before you were even born, created this entitlement for our service members.  You.

Sure, it’s on you to establish that you sustained injuries while following orders.

And that’s the catch.

And that’s why you need to once again arm yourself with whatever it takes to establish your right to this entitlement.

That every Veteran we encounter is immensely humble about this is even more reason we love what we do.
