Why does the VA seem to grant some veterans benefits seemingly immediately (who are later found to be completely fraudulent) and for those of us who provide irrefutable PROOF have to fight this neverending uphill battle? I just dont get it.
Frustrating for sure…let us remove gender from the equation. Keep the pressure on by contaating them frequently inquiring as to the status of your claims.
Are there any Veteran or military lawyers, legal aid I could speak with?
I don’t want to file a wrong disability claims.

Mr. Frias told me about Dr. Ong very friendly doctor for veterans I called. They said call QTC we don’t do appointments only the VA does they said call the VA so do I call the VA or go to my PCM for reevaluation? I would much rather go to Dr. Hong. I no long question.

How hard is this going to be i was discharged over 35 years ago and over half of the medical facilities i used are either closed or have merged with lagrger companies?
